One package is one custom resume plus matching cover letter for one job. Paid Plus entitlements apply after confirmed payment.
Entitlement and billing
- Entitlement begins only after confirmed payment; failed or pending payment grants none. These billing rules apply only if a paid period exists.
- Quotas reset rolling 7 days from entitlement start/renewal; never rolls over.
- Plan changes take effect effective at the next renewal.
- Cancellation preserves the current period until its end and prevents renewal.
- A chargeback revokes entitlement immediately.
- Refunds: no refund is owed once a subscription begins; product failures and partial-delivery disputes are manual-resolution cases — see the Refunds page.
What we never invent
- Every account holder has a verified email. The Knowledge Foundation field set is empty: there is no structured preferences or job-experience questionnaire, and facts are never invented.
- Application answers may choose the closest answer supported by confirmed user facts and preferences; if no supported answer fits, the flow asks you. Apply for me completes and submits only an explicitly user-selected application; SUBMITTED is earned only from employer/ATS confirmation or an equivalent receipt; only a verified successful submission consumes an allowance
- The ATS-readiness score is a ResumeAI heuristic: the ATS-readiness score is a ResumeAI heuristic, not a claimed readback from an employer's proprietary ATS.
