What this means

• When a paid period exists after confirmed payment, no refund is owed once that subscription begins; the entitlement already paid for stays available until its period ends.
• Product failures and partial-delivery disputes are manual-resolution cases: reviewed individually rather than by an automatic rule.
• Legally required accounting/payment records are retained only for the minimum required period after career-data deletion.
